BILLING & PAYMENT

We only offer exchanges for Size for the same product.

We accept Exchanges within 7 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. We also accept partial exchanges wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

We offer refunds only if the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you and a replacement is not available. Contact Customer Care (support@popzaar.in)

A refund in the form of a mode of payment is only applicable if the order is canceled before 24 hours.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, and unwashed with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned
  • When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box
  • If an item has a Popzaar security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position
  • Jewelry, hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items are non-returnable to maintain hygiene standards.

 

Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

 

How to Exchange/Return:

When returning your items, please include any accessories, branded boxes, or cases that came with your order, in the Popzaar packaging.

 

When you request an exchange pick up you’ll need to do this from the region you ordered to.

 

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. To request an exchange either sign in to your account or enter your email and order number.
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Find the order you want to exchange and click ‘Exchange items’
  4. Select the size you want to exchange for.
  5. Select the collection date and suitable time, and click Book Exchange
  6. Once completed, Popzaar will send a confirmation email, with the Return

Authorization Number (RAN), the shipping label, and instructions for the return shipment.

  1. We will be responsible to pick up the item from you.
  2. We will initiate the exchange process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and bar codes intact.

 

Types of Exchanges:

Size Exchange:

Return shipping is free when returning an item for Size Exchange.

Items can be exchanged only when a different size of the same Item Code is available

 

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to stock availability. In instances where a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the total amount.

 

Categories not eligible for Exchange:

Made-to-order items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you

 

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged due to misuse/overuse
  • Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
  • The serial Number is tampered with.
  • Product is used or altered
  • If the request is initiated after 7 business days of order delivery

 

Note: We reserve the right not to accept any return if the returned product does not comply with our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel an order only within 24 hours of placing it, you can write to (support@popzaar.in)

In such cases, the order will be canceled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

In case the shipment has already been dispatched we do not offer cancellation

 

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

Refund for Cash on Delivery Orders:

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT))

To receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in the Your Account section or from the Returns Centre or write to our customer support team (support@popzaar.in)

 

Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. Please note that the refund will only be processed when the email for support comes through the customer’s registered account and Email ID, with the registered Phone No. Refund will only be generated after proper verification.
